Massimo Carello (born 1948, Turin) is an Italian businessman with over 40 years of international senior management and director-level experience.

In 1980, Carello became Managing Director of The Carello Group, a lighting business founded in Torino in 1876 by his great-grandfather. He was appointed Chairman and CEO of Fiat UK and Ireland in 1990, a position he held until 2001. He also acted as CEO of the Diners Club UK from 2001 to 2004. Currently he is NonExecutive Director of Canaccord Genuity Group, Canadian Overseas Petroleum, and Orsu Metals.

Carello and his wife Sara have lived in London's Chelsea since 1990 and own a villa on Lipari, an island off the coast of Sicily. The island is popular with oligarchs, celebrities and Italian politicians.
