Alice Mary Prior CVO MBE DStJ JP (born 22 April 1942), is the Lord Lieutenant of Bristol.
She was given an honorary degree by the University of the West of England and is patron or president of a number of charities based in the Bristol area.
Since being appointed Lord-Lieutenant Prior has also been made chair of the Commission for Bristol and Avon Magistrates.
Personal life
She is married to John and they have two children and four grandchildren. They are called Ella Fletcher, Harry Fletcher, Will Meakin, Tom Meakin
