Mary Owen (born 1921) is an Australian feminist, unionist, and activist.

From 1965 to 1975, she was on the staff of the Association of Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Draughtsmen of Australia. She co-founded the Working Women's Centre in Melbourne in 1975. The organization merged into the Australian Council of Trade Unions in 1986. Owen was also a member of the Women's Electoral Lobby beginning in 1972.

Owen was awarded the Queen's Silver Jubilee Medal in 1977 and the Order of Australia medal in 1984. She was added to the Victorian Honour Roll of Women in 2001.
