Mary Ann Akers

Mary Ann Akers is a Reporter and columnist. She currently writes for Politico and has contributed to NPR, the Huffington Post and other outlets.

She wrote The Sleuth for washingtonpost.com and contributed to the print edition of the Washington Post. She has been married to investigative journalist Michael Isikoff since 2007. They have a son, Zachary Akers Isikoff, born in 2009.
