Martin Shovel is a prolific British cartoonist, writer and creative consultant whose work has appeared in the Daily Telegraph, The Guardian and elsewhere. He is noted for his vitriolic depictions of David Cameron, Nigel Havers and a mysterious character who may or may not be game show host Richard Osman. Shovel is a self-proclaimed Twitter superstar.
