Martin Dunne is a Gaelic footballer for Cavan. He plays his club football with Cavan Gaels.

He made his championship debut in 2013 and went on to score a total of 1-33 for Cavan in the 2013 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, as they reached the Quarter-finals. He finished the 2013 championship as the second highest scorer only to be beaten narrowly by Mayo's Cillian O'Connor.

He didn't even get on the field for the 2014 Ulster Senior Football Championship, sustaining injuries during a mass brawl ahead of his team's game with Armagh at the Athletic Grounds; Armagh won. Having thrown a punch, he was seen watching the game with his arm in a sling.
