The Martha Washington Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race held annually in mid February at Oaklawn Park Race Track in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Open to three-year-old fillies, it is contested on dirt over a distance of one mile.

Inaugurated in 1979, it was raced at 6 furlongs (34 mile) until 2003 when it was modified to its present distance.

The Martha Washington Stakes was run in two divisions in 1979 and 2008.
