Marlena Kowalik (born June 9, 1984) is a Polish-German football midfielder, currently playing for Pogoń Szczecin in Poland's Esktraliga. She previously played for FCR Duisburg and SG Essen-Schönebeck in the German Bundesliga.
She is a member of the Polish national team.
