Marko Nikolić (Serbian Cyrillic: Марко Николић; born 20 July 1979) is a Serbian football manager. He is currently the head coach of Partizan.

Managerial career
On 7 June 2013, Nikolić was appointed as manager of Vojvodina. On 9 December 2013, Nikolić parted company with Vojvodina by mutual agreement. On 16 December 2013, Nikolić was appointed as manager of FK Partizan. On 25 March 2015, Nikolić was sacked as manager of Partizan.
He was appointed as Olimpija Ljubljana head coach on 11 January 2016. However, he was sacked after just three months for insulting Blessing Eleke during the match.
