Mark Warner (guitarist)

Occupation(s)

Musician Songwriter Producer

Mark Warner is a musician from Nashville, Tennessee. Primarily a trench manager who has claimed attachment to many 80's hair-metal bands. [1]

Warner has received passing acknowledgement by the music industry for his songwriting contributions. In 2001 he won the Paramount Music Summer Songwriting. He was also recognized for his alleged lyrical accomplishments in the October 2001 edition of ASCAP Playback Magazine. [2]

Warner credits several guitarists for providing his early musical influence, including Jimmy Page, Joe Perry and Peter Frampton. Later artistic influences include Tom Keifer and Jani Lane.

Warner may be best known for his work on the largely-unknown Allen Crane Broken Promises EP which was released on The Orchard Records [3] in 2000 and features several notable artists including Cinderella drummer Fred Coury. [4]

Warner has since written material for, and co-produced other artists alongside former Sony Records veteran engineer and producer Voytek Kochanek at Atlantis Studio Nashville.

[5] He did not, however, work with Sony Records directly.
