Mark Sochatsky (born August 17, 1962) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player.

Sochatsky played two seasons (1980-1982) of major junior hockey in the Western Hockey League (WHL), before embarking on an eight-year professional career in Germany. His play included four seasons in the top-tier Eishockey-Bundesliga where he scored 50 goals and 82 assists for 132 points, while earning 195 penalty minutes in 144 games played.

Sochatsky is currently the head coach of the Novice A2 Strathcona Snipers of the Strathcona Minor Hockey Association.
