Mark Mussler (September 10, 1954 – December 9, 1987) was a singer, make-up artist, and original member of the disco group Village People. His persona was the "Construction Worker".

Mark Mussler was born and raised in Muncie, Indiana. He moved to New York in the fall of 1976 to attend Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. After attending Pratt for only one semester, he dropped out to become a make-up artist. In 1977, he was "discovered" by the producers of Village People at the famous Studio 54 in Manhattan. He was a member of Village People when they made their debut on American Bandstand in 1977. He was replaced by David Hodo a year after joining the group. After leaving Village People, he worked as a freelance make-up artist up until he died from AIDS in 1987.
