Mark Dempsie (born 19 October 1980, in Bellshill) is a Scottish former professional football player. Dempsie played as a central defender for Hibernian, Raith Rovers, St Mirren and Dumbarton. Dempsie was forced to retire from the game aged just 26 due to an ongoing back injury. Dempsie's brother Allan also played for Hibs. Since retiring, Dempsie has forged a successful career in Property, starting in Property Management, this has led to him owning various companies including a Property Agency and Property Investment businesses. Dempsie is married and has 2 children.
