Professor Marilyn Deegan is the former Director of Research Development at the former Centre for Computing in the Humanities, now the Department of Digital Humanities), King's College London.
Originally a scientist, she now has over twenty years experience in Digital Humanities and digital libraries, with a particular interest in the issues surrounding digital preservation. Until 2011 Prof. Deegan was Editor of the Literary and Linguistic Computing journal, Oxford University Press.
