Marijo 'Mario' Tot (born 2 June 1972 in Županja) is a Croatian football manager.

As a player, he has played for Inter Zapresic and NK Celje as a left back, retiring at the young age of 26.

After retiring, he enrolled into the Croatian Football Federation coaching academy. At 31 years old, he became one of the youngest ever manager in all the former Yugoslav republic clubs when he took over the job at Bosnian Super League club NK Brotnjo in 2003. Later he became assistant manager to Robert Rupčić at HNK Rijeka. That season the club played Europa League qualifications in Luxemburg and Ukraine.

He has been assistant manager to Vahid Halilhodžić at Dinamo Zagreb during 2010-2011 season. When Halilhodžić was dismissed in early May 2011, Tot takes charge of Dinamo for the remaining matches. He also guided Dinamo to win the 2010–11 Croatian Cup, defeating NK Varaždin 8-2 on aggregate in the final.

He then accepted the job as manager of NK Lokomotiva for the 2011-2012 season, however he was dismissed from the job after 4 months due to poor results of the team. Even then, according to media, Lokomotiva FC played good offensive football.

Tot, a UEFA-certified coach instructor, moved to Malaysia in August 2012 to join Kedah FA, replacing Wan Jamak Wan Hassan. He coached the team until the end of July 2013, choosing not to renew his contract with Kedah.

At the end of 2013 Tot joined Harbin Yiteng of China Super League as an assistant manager. After the clubs's poor mid-season showings he took over as head coach in July 2014.

In April 2015 he joined Changchun Yatai F.C. of China Super League as technical director.

After the club's poor start of season and only one win in nine matches Marijo Tot took over as head coach on 15 May 2015. He started his new job by winning three consecutive matches. Changchun Yatai FC finally finished season successfully.

At the end of 2016 Tot took over Croatian First League club Istra 1961 and through series of good showings secured one of the most calm season finishes that Istrian club has seen in recent years.Immediately after finishing his successful role as manager of Istra 1961 Marijo Tot accepted an offer to become manager of China League One side Zhejiang Yiteng F.C. After one month in charge, on 9 July 2017 the club decided to promote him into the role of technical director to help the club prepare for the new season.
