Fictional biography
Margaux Elizalde-Marasigan is the beautiful and sophisticated adoptive daughter and later revealed to be a biological daughter of Julio Marasigan (Ariel Rivera) and Beatrice Elizalde-Marasigan (Janice de Belen), who grew up living the life of a princess as the heiress of country's largest shoe company. At a young age, she already showed her talent in designing luxurious shoes which she inherited from her father. She became friends with Celyn Buenaventura (Kim Chiu), but eventually turned into rivalry when she found out that Celyn was in love with her boyfriend, Ethan Castillo (Enchong Dee). Margaux's insecurity heats up when it was revealed that Celyn is her parents' biological daughter, not knowing that she is Celyn's twin sister.
