Marathon and Chips is the biography of Scottish athlete Jim Alder written by Arthur McKenzie.
It refers to the marathon (athletics event) and is a play on words with the Marathon chocolate bar, which has since been renamed Snickers. Chips refers to chips or French fries. It was published by Alder Sports in 1981.
