Mannino is an Italian/Sicilian family name which originated in San Piero Patti in the Province of Messina in Sicily. Some Mannino families also live in Palermo.

Today there are many Mannino families in Sicily, Italy, and even the United States. Most Mannino families in the U.S. live in Alabama, New York, Louisiana, Missouri, Pennsylvania,[Cincinnati] and New Jersey.

There are also a large number of Mannino's that immigrated to the United States from Naples, Italy.

On Long Island, New York there are traditional Italian restaurants called "Mannino's Pizzeria" which specializes in Italian cuisine. In Cincinnati, Ohio there was a Mannino's market located in an eastern suburb of Madisonville. This market served the local and surrounding communities for over 80 years.
