Provincial Trunk Highway 49 (PTH 49) is a very short provincial highway in the Canadian province of Manitoba. It runs from the Saskatchewan boundary to PTH 83.

The highway is less than 1 km long (the sign welcoming westbound motorists to Saskatchewan can be seen from PTH 83) and connects the highway with the same numbered highway across the border. PTH 49 is the shortest provincial trunk highway in the province as of 2012, when PTH 29 was redesignated as PTH 75 near Emerson.

The speed limit is 90 km/h (55 mph).
