Mallorca Properties is a network of letting and estate agents with over 10 Partner offices in Mallorca cross the Balearic Island dealing with residential property sales and letting. The first Mallorca Properties was opened in Porto Petro in 2003 and, after the opening of a number of other branches.
Partner Offices are now located in Puerto Andratx, Santa Ponsa, Puerto Pollensa, Soller, Palma de Mallorca and Cala dor in the best location on the baleraic island Mallorca. Their real estate portal has over 2,000 properties in all price ranges and in the locations at the disposal of people in search of a new home.
History
The business began in August 2003, with a small office located on the south coast direct at the harbour Inmobiliaria Porto Petro in Porto Petro, by Dominik Lechner. The company changed its name in 2008 from Inmobiliaria Porto Petro to Mallorca Properties to cover the whole Mallorca property market. Later, they partnered with the Kensington International.
Mallorca Properties currently has over 12,000 customers that it looks after on a day-to-day basis. The majority of the company's revenue is derived from its Sales services.
