Mali is a village situated in the southern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the central part of Africa. With only 500 inhabitants it is one of the smallest villages in Congo.

Mali is known for its small handcrafts. The export goes throughout Congo and to neighbouring countries. The most popular handcraft is called a Torsten and is a small hairy troll that supposedly brings good luck if you put it on your windowsill.
