Malcolm McGoun

Malcolm McGoun (born 1949) is a New Zealand diplomat. He served as ambassador to Vietnam from 2000 to 2004. In 2006, McGoun was named High Commissioner to South Africa with concurrent accreditation to Botswana, Kenya, Lesotho, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. He was replaced in 2008 by Geoff Randal.
