The New Balance Major League Lacrosse Sportsman of the Year Award is given annually to the best sportsman of the MLL. The award recognizes a player who has consistently demonstrated sportsmanship through tenacity, determination and fair play on the field over the course of the regular season. This award was given in 2004 to 2011. [1]
