Mahn Ba Khaing (Burmese: မန်းဘခိုင် [máɴ ba̰ kʰàɪɴ]; 26 October 1903 – 19 July 1947) was a Burmese politician who served as the Minister of Industry in Myanmar's pre-independence government.

He served as chairman of the Karen Youth Organisation. He and six other cabinet ministers (including Prime Minister Aung San) were assassinated on 19 July 1947 in Yangon.

Ba Khaing was an ethnic Pwo Karen and a Christian.

July 19 is commemorated each year as the Martyrs' Day in Myanmar. His grandson, Mahn Win Khaing Than elected as 2nd Speaker of the Amyotha Hluttaw starting on 1 February 2016.
