MagForce Nanotechnologies AG is a German biotechnology company focusing on cancer treatment through treating cancer cells with nanotechnology-based therapy. It was founded in 1997 and is based in Berlin. As of 2016 its CEO is Ben J. Lipps.

MagForce has patented an approach in which magnetizing nano-sized iron particles covered with sugar are led into body parts containing cancer cells. Abnormal and quickly-expanding cancer cells need a lot more energy than normal cells and thus they swallow sugar-coated nanoparticles unlike healthy cells. After that the body part is subjected to a magnetic field which heats up the nanoparticles up to 70 °C (158 °F) and later burns and kills the cancer cells. This method has been tested on animals and on humans.

MagForce was named as one of the 10 most promising technologies at the German Future Awards in 2006.
