Mae-hyōga Rock (70°0′S 38°54′E) is an exposed rock lying 3 nautical miles (6 km) northwest of Oku-hyōga Rock on the east side of Shirase Glacier, in Queen Maud Land, Antarctica. It was mapped from surveys and air photos by the Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition, 1957–62, and was named Mae-hyoga-iwa (outer glacier rock) in association with nearby Oku-hyōga Rock.
