Madhuca woodii is a tree in the family Sapotaceae. It grows up to 20 metres (66 ft) tall, with a trunk diameter of up to 30 centimetres (12 in). Inflorescences bear up to seven flowers. The tree is named for the botanist Geoffrey Wood. Its habitat is lowland mixed dipterocarp forest from sea-level to 300 metres (980 ft) altitude. M. woodii is endemic to Borneo and restricted to Sandakan district in Malaysia's Sabah state.
