Machu Qullqa (Quechua machu old, old person, qullqa, qulqa deposit, storehouse, "old deposit") is an archaeological zone in Peru. It lies in the Cusco Region, Urubamba Province, Huayllabamba District. Machu Qullqa is situated at a height of about 3,850 metres (12,631 ft) above the left bank of the Urubamba River, near the village Raqch'i (Raqchi).
