Machimia conspersa is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Turner in 1946. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Victoria.

The wingspan is about 24 mm. The forewings are orange, with purple-fuscous markings. There is a subbasal costal spot and two broad lines from one-third of the costa, as well as a discal spot at two-thirds connected with a dot on two-thirds of the costa. There is also a small subapical costal blotch, from which a slender line extends to the costa. There is also a dotted terminal line. The hindwings are pale ochreous.
