Machilipatnam (Assembly constituency) is a constituency of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in India. It is one of 16 constituencies in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. The constituency was earlier a part of Avanigadda (Assembly constituency). As per the Delimitation Orders (2008), it was the newly formed constituency, covering Machilipatnam mandal and it is also a part of Machilipatnam (Lok Sabha constituency).

Kollu Ravindra is the present MLA of the constituency, representing Telugu Desam Party. He defeated Perni Venkatramaiah of YSR Congress Party in the 2014 Andhra Pradesh Assembly Elections.
