The Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts, Dutch: Academie Beeldende Kunsten Maastricht (ABKM), is located in the city of Maastricht in the Netherlands. It is part of the Zuyd University (Hogeschool Zuyd). The training offered at academies of fine arts in the Netherlands comes under the heading Hoger Beroepsonderwijs (hbo) which stands for Higher Professional Education.

The Academy has 800 students and was founded in 1993, but its predecessor was established about 150 years ago. There is also a Department of Theatre Design.

The Academy offers a four year bachelor's programme (BMus and BMus ed.) and a two year postgraduate programme which will become a master's degree (MMus) before 2010. The Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts does not have a doctoral programme.

The Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts is housed in a building from 1962 at Herdenkingsplein in the inner city neighbourhood of Kommelkwartier, and a 1990-1993 modernist extension by Dutch architect Wiel Arets.
