MCEP (Meralco Cadet Engineers Program)

Meralco Cadet Engineers Program (MCEP) is a training program run by the Manila Electric Company to fill its engineering workforce. The participants undergo intensive series of physical training, technical education and on the job exposure for more than one year. Successful graduates pay for their training with a length of service commensurate with the ratio of period of training to service length.
