Lynda Holt

Lynda Holt (born 9 March 1972) is an Australian Paralympic athlete. She was born in Perth. She won a silver medal at the 2000 Sydney Games in the women's shot put F55 event. Besides her sporting achievements Holt has worked in recruitment and is currently the School of Infinite Learning Director and a corporate trainer in Sydney.
