In Greek mythology, Lycorus pronounced lahy-ker-is, or Lycoreus was a son of Apollo and the nymph Corycia. After him a city was named Lycoreia (later Delphi, after Delphus, great-grandson of Lycorus). He was father of Hyamus.

The name Lycoreus may also refer to:

  • A companion of Amycus.
  • A defender of Thebes against the Seven, killed by Amphiaraus.
  • In modern fiction, one bearer of the name is Licorus Black, wizard in Harry Potter, the first known member of the Noble House of Black.
