Luke Volk (born June 3, 1979) is an American former professional ice hockey defenseman.
Volk attended the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) where he played four seasons (1997 – 2001) of NCAA Division III hockey within the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference before playing two seasons of professional hockey in the Central Hockey League and the Atlantic Coast Hockey League.
Volk is currently an assistant coach with the Coon Rapids Cardinals of the Minnesota Boys High School Hockey league.
