Luis Cruz Hernandez (born September 10, 1990) is a minor league baseball pitcher who is currently a free agent.

In 2009, Cruz played for the Greenville Astros of the Rookie-level Appalachian League. In 2010, the Astros assigned Cruz to the Lexington Legends of the Class A South Atlantic League. Cruz was named the pitcher of the month for Lexington in July 2010. He was named the pitcher of the month for the Lancaster JetHawks of the Class A-Advanced California League for April 2013.

After the 2013 season, the Astros added Cruz to their 40-man roster. Following a 2014 season split between Houston's Class AA and Class AAA affiliates, Cruz started the 2015 season with the Class AAA Fresno Grizzlies. The Astros released him after the 2015 season.
