Luis Cream

Luis Cream (born December 2, 1982) in Camden, New Jersey is a rising professional welterweight boxer managed by Chuck Diesel. Diesel Fit Boxing Professional Sports Management and Consultant Services group out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is the grandson of the former World Heavyweight boxing champion Jersey Joe Walcott, who later served as New Jersey Athletic Commissioner.

Professional career

Cream, also referred to as 'The Young Jersey Joe Walcott' has won all of his professional bouts so far, held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Atlantic City, New Jersey. While not bigger, taller or with superior reach over his opponents, his style has to come forward with nonstop pressure and throw nonstop punches, and has thus far not been phased by any punches he has been hit with. Cream's fight weight has been at 145 1/2 to 147 1/2 pounds, considerably less than his famous grandfather Jersey Joe Walcott who debuted at 158 pounds and reached a high of 201 pounds during his heavyweight fighting prime. Luis Cream's most recent victory was a four round unanimous decision over Miguel Corcino at Bally's Atlantic City on February 25, 2012.
