Lugașu de Jos (Hungarian: Alsólugos) is a commune in Bihor County, northwestern Romania with a population of 3,209 people. It is composed of three villages: Lugașu de Jos, Lugașu de Sus (Felsőlugos) and Urvind (Örvénd).
