The Ludwig Anderson Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house at 4 Fairbanks Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built c. 1896, it is a good example of a vernacular Italianate triple decker, and was an early triple decker built on top of Vernon Hill. Its first owners, and a number of its early tenants, were Swedish immigrants. Some details noted when the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, such as modillioned cornice, have been lost or covered over by subsequent siding (see photo).
