Ludvig Mariboe Benjamin Aubert (22 November 1838 – 5 February 1896) was a Norwegian jurist and politician, son of Ludvig Cæsar Martin Aubert.

As a teacher of law from 1866 onwards, he published noted works of legal history, comparative law and commercial law. A moderate Conservative, he also served as Minister of Justice from April to June 1884. Aubert was a professor before he entered the Schweigaard Government.
