Ludhiana City Centre is a multi-crore, first of its kind development project launched in 2003 in Ludhiana, India has five major constituents — The Mall, The Heights, The Forum, The Podium and Five-star hotel. Spread over 25 acres (100,000 m2), the projects would have shopping malls, 12 multiplexes, residential apartments, helipad and parking slot.

Later, it was embroiled in major controversy with allegation of multi-crore scam and now its construction is stalled by High court.
