Luck or Grace: The Intersect, is a novel by Scot C. Taylor, published in 2012, to encourage people to choose between entrusting their life to either luck or grace. Incorporating personal experiences with age-old wisdom, Taylor articulates the dangers of trusting in Lady Luck and the benefits of enriching one's life with grace. In similar spirit to the writings of Napoleon Hill or Rhonda Byrne's The Secret, Taylor joins a throng of authors seeking to better the lives of others through practices such as positive thinking and faith in a higher power.

Background
Taylor's inspiration for writing Luck or Grace came after the economic slump in the mid-2000s. Losing his business and home, Taylor felt God's push to explore the idolatry of luck and reveal to others how trusting in luck instead of grace surely leads to emptiness and false living.
Luck or Grace follows the laws of probability and logic alongside biblical truths to truly expound on the intersect all people experience throughout their lives between luck and grace.
Synopsis
Taylor's book connects luck and grace with countless topics that generally affect all people's everyday life. These topics include health, love, business, money, death, and Taylor addresses each one in a separate chapter. Taylor concludes that "Lady Luck is a selfless benefactor who does not care about your happiness", while grace is a free gift that "insures us against the unknown mysteries of life, both good and bad here on earth, and offers hope for a life after death."
