"Love or Leave" was the Lithuanian entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007, performed in English by 4FUN.
After having finished 6th in the previous contest, Lithuania was pre-qualified for the 2007 final. Here, it was performed ninth, following Hungary's Magdi Rúzsa with Unsubstantial Blues and preceding Greece's Sarbel with Yassou Maria. At the close of voting, it had received 28 points, placing 21st in a field of 24 and thus requiring Lithuania to qualify from the semi-final round in the 2008 contest.
