Louvigny is a commune in the Moselle department in Grand Est in north-eastern France.

It had a registered population of 728 in 2004.

It is the location of a new high-speed rail station, which opened in 2007, and is also close to the regional airport serving Metz and Nancy, so may face pressure to expand. The station car park alone already has nearly 800 car parking spaces. The longer-term future of the Louvigny station is currently the subject of a larger dispute between different tiers of local government. Another TGV station is expected to open in 2012 at Vandières, 10 km to the west, across the Moselle; this will be at the connection point where the new TGV line crosses the existing main line between Metz and Nancy. If the new Vandières station is constructed as planned, the station at Louvigny may find itself converted into a high-speed freight station.
