Louise Rickard (born 31 December 1970) is a Welsh rugby union player. She has played at Lock, Wing and Centre positions. She is the most capped player in the history of women's rugby at 112 caps for Wales.

Rickard made her debut in 1993 against England. She was nominated for the BBC Wales Sports Personality for the year 2009.

Most recently (2016), Louise played a key role in securing the first Masters Touch Tournament in Gif, Paris.
