Stevens Point City Attorney Louis Molepske's Farewell Speech


Louis John Molepske, Jr. (born January 6, 1974) is a Wisconsin attorney and politician currently serving as district attorney of Portage County. Molepske is a Democrat and a former member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 71st Assembly District from 2003 to 2013.

Molepske was the second youngest legislator in Wisconsin's State Capitol at the time of his first election. A Stevens Point Area Senior High graduate, Molepske earned his Political Science degree with an emphasis in Journalism at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and subsequently obtained his Law Degree from Marquette University in 2001.

In November 2012, Molepske was elected district attorney for Portage County, Wisconsin.
