Lou M. Jacobs (born January 10, 1964) is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Delaware North, the family business currently chaired by Jacobs' father, Jeremy Jacobs. He has worked with the company since 1989, and served in roles with both the gaming division and Delaware North International before returning to the company's headquarters in Buffalo, NY in 1995, when he was named Executive Vice President. In 2003, Jacobs was named to Sports Business Journal's annual "Forty Under 40" list. He serves as a trustee of the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, part of the Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Jacobs and his family have also contributed significantly to the Martin House Restoration project (which aims to restore one of famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright's designs), and Jacobs serves as a director of the Martin House Restoration Corporation.
On January 6, 2015 Delaware North Chairman Jeremy Jacobs relinquished the title of CEO and named Lou Jacobs, along with his brother Jerry Jacobs Jr., Co-CEO's.
In 1989, Jacobs married Joan Babcook at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Cathedral in Buffalo. They live in East Aurora, New York, and Wellington, Florida, with their daughter and son.
