Lorraine is a former settlement in Butte County, California., it is now inundated by the Thermalito Afterbay reservoir. It lay at an elevation of 138 feet (42 m). Lorraine still appeared on maps as of 1952. It was located 5 miles (8.0 km) north-northeast of Biggs on the Sacramento Northern Railroad.
