Lorcan O'Herlihy (born 1959 in Dublin, Ireland) is an Irish architect working in Los Angeles and founding principal of Lorcan O'Herlihy Architects (LOHA). He is the son of the actor Dan O'Herlihy. O'Herlihy was educated at California Polytechnic University (San Luis Obispo, California) and the Architectural Association in London, UK. O'Herlihy has worked on the east coast as a designer and associate at Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo and Associates, at I. M. Pei and Partners where he worked on the Grand Louvre Museum in Paris, and at Steven Holl Architects where he was responsible for the AIA National Honor Award-winning Hybrid Building (Seaside, Florida). Following a brief hiatus to develop an oeuvre of artwork, O'Herlihy returned to the west coast to found LOHA in 1990.

In 2004 the Architectural League of New York selected Lorcan O'Herlihy as one of the eight "emerging voices" in the United States. LOHA's work has been recognized internationally with a number of exhibitions and publications and has been featured in The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, Wallpaper*, Metropolis, Architectural Record, Architectural Review, Architecture, Progressive Architecture, A+U, and a book on LOHA's completed works by Rockport Publications.

O'Herlihy has taught and lectured over the last decade, including the Architectural Association in London, Southern California Institute of Architecture [SCI-Arc], Cranbrook Academy of Art, Michigan, Columbia University, New York and the National Building Museum, Washington D.C. among others.
