Lophocalotes is a genus of agamid lizard, containing a single species, Lophocalotes ludekingi, endemic to Sumatra, Indonesia, commonly called the crested lizard.
Etymology
The specific name, ludekingi, is in honor of Dutch physician E.W.A. Ludeking, who collected specimens for the Rijksmuseum van Natuurlijke Historie, Leiden.
